The Flux-Drive’s unique torsional disconnected design eliminates vibration and reduces noise compared to traditional coupling designs. The torque is passed through air via magnetic flux resulting in no parts wearing out compared to traditional coupling designs.

Flux-Drive soft start couplings and adjustable speed drives are able to be used in applications not suitable for electrical variable speed drives. Flux-Drives are 100% mechanical and have ASTM standard protective coatings and are suitable for inclement conditions such as extreme temperatures, moisture, humidity and environments including seawater, salt air and is resistant to chemical corrosion.

Adding a Flux-Drive to motors and pumps is easy as there is no major upgrading required compared to other variable speed drive devices.
